Under the impetus of Walter Butler, L'Alcazar thus rediscovers its calling as a place for celebration, encounters, and social gatherings. More than a rebirth, the project asserts the ambition to restore to Paris one of its great nocturnal settings, with a contemporary, joyful, immersive, and intensely vibrant interpretation.

Conceived as a vibrant destination in the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle, Manko is a place to come for dinner and stay late into the night, immersed in a festive and captivating atmosphere.
In the kitchen, Manko brings together Japanese and Peruvian influences through a creative and generous menu. Sushi, ceviches, tiraditos and sharing plates shape the experience, combining freshness, exceptional ingredients and bold flavours.
Throughout the week, Manko shifts its rhythm with a vibrant line-up of events: Macaron hosted by Sané, House of Manko, Manko Loko… Each night has its own identity, brought to life by music, performances and DJ sets.

A Parisian institution since 1922, Le Bœuf sur le Toit brings the spirit of Paris’ legendary nights to life through two iconic spaces: the Brasserie and the Music-Hall.
Blending French gastronomy, music and celebration, the venue cultivates a vibrant atmosphere throughout the week. The menu celebrates the great classics of French cuisine, while piano and vocal performances, DJ sets, live performances and Victorious nights set the rhythm of dinner and keep the night going.
